El-Harcon views with great responsibility the environmental implications of her activities. In other to prevent accidents, proper attitude to safety is encouraged in all employees and sub-contractors.
In executing all jobs, our main objective is to operate in the safest and economic manner by ensuring that all statutory and other relevant regulations regarding safety and welfare are met. In doing this, the health and safety of our employees and others, who may be affected in the course of the work is paramount.
Our overall objective is accident prevention, which could otherwise result in pain, disabilities, and damage to property (plant and equipment) as well as disrupts the normal activities of our client.
El-Harcon Limited has a health, safety and environment program designed to achieve the following:

To sustain healthy relationship with communities within our areas of business activities, and in line with Federal Government guideline, El-Harcon has a deliberate policy of encouraging direct participation by sourcing our low and medium level manpower from these communities.
