A. PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION POLICY:
El-Harcon adopts a quality oriented project implementation plan in providing services to our clients. This will ensure that after commissioning, we will continue as the complete service provider that will support the system, procure all the required equipment and assist in maintaining the project over time.
We provide maintenance at all sites, and will train our client’s personnel to be able to do basic trouble-shooting, so as to establish if a visit by our Engineer is necessary.
Our technical support and maintenance service encompasses all engineering and technical services ranging from inspection, rehabilitation, construction, installation, operation, training, trouble-shooting and routine servicing.
All these service and support coming from a single, reliable Company that is dedicated to the delivery of the highest level of quality and expertise – El-Harcon Limited.
B. QUALITY ASSURANCE
The whole concept of providing first class quality services to our customers is to promote Total Quality Management (TQM) in all areas of our business activities, and to maintain our corporate image as a provider of quality services. This has been our goal in the whole businesses we do.
Aware of the fact that every manufacturer and service provider renders claim to the superior quality of its product and services, El-Harcon has continued to demonstrate its commitment to Quality of Services (QoS) by ensuring that the necessary infrastructure for efficient service delivery – experience, equipment, work tools, and expertise – are all in place.
C. PROCUREMENT & SUB-CONTRACTING POLICY
It is our policy in El-Harcon to uphold honesty and integrity in all aspects of our business and also to maintain a high ethical standard in all procurement and sub-contracting activities.
We believe in total satisfaction of our clients, which could only be achieved, in our collective (staff and management) efforts to provide to customers, needed services and products.
In this wise therefore, we place very highly the provision of customer’s requirements at the right time, of the best quality and at very competitive prices. In other to achieve this, we ensure that goods that we bid for and given orders to supply are sourced from the manufacturers whom we always have the means to contact and some of who are our co-operating partners.
